The cleanest way is to set up one shared place before the show. In Chord that's a Night: send the link to your friends, and everyone's clips land in it with the song named on each one. AirDrop is fine for a quick swap between two iPhones and keeps the original file. WhatsApp is quick, but it usually sends a smaller copy.
Otherwise you know how it goes. The group chat fills up with blurry videos, nobody can remember what any of the songs were, and the good clips sink under everything else people post that week.
Everyone has it and it works on any phone, which is why every crew ends up there. The catch is that WhatsApp usually shrinks a video so it sends faster, so what your friends get isn't the original. The clips also scroll away with the rest of the chat, without song names.
Google Photos or iCloud shared albums
A shared album gives the night one home, and it works across a lot of phones. It doesn't know any of the songs, though, and someone has to set it up and keep nudging people to add their clips.

AirDrop sends the full-quality file. It only works between Apple devices, and only when you're standing near each other.
